We had our home listed for over 7 mo with another Realty company with very little results. Within weeks after listing or home with Todd & Deb , our home had multiple interested parties and a signed offer. We had a number of small delays due to Corona-19 along with some other issues, but Todd & Deb were always there to handle any delays that would arise prior to closing, they are good and honest people to deal with. Debbie Beals helped me find the perfect house and guided me through the process every step of the way, making sure everything was completed satisfactorily and on time. Knowing I was a first-time buyer, she made sure I knew what types of things to look out for and what to expect. Either she or Todd were there whenever I needed them to answer questions or to arrange for access to the house. Together they were able to answer all my questions, recommend inspectors, and assist with scheduling and meetings.
