Florida Homes Realty and Mortgage

She went above and beyond to find the house for me. She was very responsive and did a lot of research about the areas I was interested in. She made sure the area was family friendly.

Sandy is by far, an exceptional realtor. She kept in close contact with us during every stage of the buying process and was able to offer excellent and professional suggestions when needed. She was exactly what we needed because we were buying a home from out of state and we didnt know the Florida laws, procedures or even professionals to help remodel our new home. Sandy provided answers to all our questions, referrals and gave us solid advice. Sandy is a joy to work with- she is friendly and always communicates in a very timely manner. She is the best realtor we have ever worked with, and we have had several.

Sandra is the best! From start to finish she was with us and guided us every step of the way. She sold our house in only a week! She helped us negotiate a great deal on our new dream home. Her expertise and knowledge are amazing. She seriously made the whole process easy and stress free.

Sandy went over and beyond for my husband and I. We didnt really know what we were doing and she walked us through every step. She stayed on our lender to make sure we closed on time. We are grateful for her. I have and will continue to recommend her.

Sandy is amazing. She helped me and my family sell our *starter* home and purchase our *dream home* seamlessly. She is professional, diligent, curteous, and honest. Truly great to work with.
