Florida Best Realty & Management Corp

Judith is very professional and knows her work. She is not just about business but is interested in the individual as well. She went above and beyond to ensure that I was comfortable with my purchase. I would definitely recommend her and work with her in the future.

I had the pleasure of working with Judith Mercurius, a true professional. She is computer savvy and knows her job immensely. She held my hands through the entire process. She met with the mortgage broker, bankers, and helped me with all the relevant documents, which was far beyond the call of duty. She was there to guide me through the process from beginning to end. She even accommodated me at her home after hours to assist me with faxing, and e-mailing documents. This was my first home purchase and I was anxious but Judith was very helpful and patient with me during this very stressful period. She is very thorough , knowledgeable and pays attention to details. She made this transaction pleasant, smooth and enjoyable.

It is my immense pleasure to recommend Judith Mercurius Poten as a real estate agent for any individual or family searching for the ideal home for their unique situations. Judith had an initial meeting with me and took diligent notes regarding my specific needs in a single family home as well as my budgetary limitations. She is highly talented technologically and made excellent use of the relevant search engines and real estate databases to quickly find me a variety of homes for sale in the best school districts. She did not waste my time with homes that were out of my price range or not in line with my needs. A master with the contract negotiations, Judith came up with a deal that was good for me and made the seller happy as well. I found Judith to be a highly attentive agent, almost as if we were her only customers, although we know that was not the case. She returned all phone calls and emails the same day. I never felt neglected or unimportant. She is also highly personable with an engaging personality. I are pleased to recommend Judith Mercurius Poten to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. She is hands down the best in the business in my opinion.

Judith was highly recommended to us to assist in our recent home purchase. Our initial stage started with a telephone conversation where she asked questions that would assist her tremendously. On a daily basis, she would provide us with listings of homes in our preferred locations.Throughout the process, Judith maintained professionalism at all times, she kept us informed during the entire process; she is a very detailed oriented agent and has very excellent negotiation skills, she is very approachable and one who you could call, email or send a message to knowing you will get a response immediately.Judith is very knowledgeable in her area of expertise and we would definitely recommend her to persons who are in the process of buying or selling a home.

Judith Poten delivers what the client desires and requests. My husband and I spoke to Judith on the type of home we're searching for, and expressed a date that we will like to move in our new home. Exactly a week later, we were in a contract to buy the home that best suits our family. Judith is very professional and makes sure her clients are satisfied during the entire process of purchasing a home....even after closing. We highly recommend Judith Poten.
