We were first time sellers and it was pretty sudden decision and a quick sell so we were somewhat unawares of the process. I got the impression that she represented the buyers more than us the sellers as were only contacted when she had a "to do list". Originally her evaluation and recommendation was viewed by us as a lowball number and sure enough we sold the property at 15-20 % more than her originally recommended asking price. In all fairness I'm not sure whether we just got lucky with an early strike or whether her selling price was actually a a fair number. Bottom line we stuck to our guns and benefited greatly from it. Communication was suboptimal, in that she rarely checked on us to see how we're doing through the process, unless it was a request from the buyers.Her approach to selling the property was more professional than the other realtors that we interviewed, and bottom line it sold so the end result was great but we wish we felt like we more her clients and were better represented.
