We first met Dan after being referred to him by another one of his clients. We could not be more pleased with Dan's work. It was evident from the beginning that Dan was not just out there to make a quick and easy sale. He went above and beyond to work with us to find the right place. He worked very hard, dedicating a lot of time and effort into showing us properties and researching possible houses and neighborhoods that could be a good fit for our growing family. Along the way Dan exhibited professionalism and respect throughout his communications with us and his overall work. He was very punctual for all of our meetings and when it was time to pursue a property he was readily available often working long hours in the evening. One of the best qualities we found in working with Dan was his sense of honesty. Dan would take us to a property and tell it like it is. At one viewing he spent about a half an hour with us in the musty basement with a flashlight inspecting the furnace and structure of the building. It was clear that Dan was working for us and had our best interest in mind, In the end, Dan was able to find and introduce us to the house that we eventually fell in love with and purchased. We would definitely work with Dan again in the future and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a Realtor.

If you are reading this review, you are probably searching for a realtor to represent you either as a seller or a buyer. I can tell you with a great deal of certainty, you can stop searching. We recently purchased a home in Colchester, VT, and couldnt be more happy with the final outcome. We chose to work with Dan Titus from Keller Williams Realty, and he did an absolutly amazing job from beginning to end! He educated us on the right details at the right time, to avoid being overwhelmed with so much information. He started out by helping us chose a lender to fit our needs and help us figure out out financial situation and how much house we could afford. Then we went house shopping. We looked for homes and sent him the listings for the ones we were interested in. Many of the homes on the market he already had knowledge of and was able to tell us pros and cons and what homes to avoid before even going to look. If we found one we liked and looked like is was worth checking out, he would immediately contact the sellers agent and make arrangements for us to view the home. Usually the next day or the day after. We ended up looking and many different homes in many different areas, but nothing seemed to be working out. Thankfully, Dan was very patient with us and was never pushy. After what seemed like forever, we finally found the home we wanted, and Dan wrapped up a deal with the sellers that night! Buying a home can be very stressful at many different points in the home buying process, and we are very thankful we had Dan to help us through it! He always knew what to do and who to get in touch with. He was quick in making things happen and was very very easy to get ahold of day or night, weekends, you name it. He was very trustworthy. His expertise is outstanding. And lets not forget, his award winning personality. He's not your hidy-tidy boring businessman, but rather an upbeat, outgoing, sincere guy with a great sense of humor! If you decide to go with Dan Titus, you WILL NOT be disappointed!

I had some pretty specific criteria for the home I was looking for in an area where there was not a lot available. Dan kept me up to date with the newest websites and apps and was always responsive and available via email and phone. He was also willing to travel long distances to show me properties that interested me.The negotiations with the sellers went very smoothly and concessions were made in a timely and generous manner when issues arose. There were no delays in our closing process and all expectations between the parties were met without any concerns.I interviewed a few agents before I started to look for a home to buy. I was upfront with all of them that I was "shopping" around and they would always inquire about who else I was looking in to. Every time I mentioned Dan's name they would nod in agreement and always had a positive thing to say about him and their professional experience with him. One even told me that if I didn't go with her - she was really glad to hear that I would be working with Dan.I truly believe Dan had my best interest throughout the entire process. Even as his family grew, he was always in contact and keeping me updated of the process. He was very professional, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, generous and enjoyable to work with. I highly recommend Dan as a Real Estate agent for anyone looking to buy or sell.
