Flavin Realty, Inc

Caitlyn was amazing, she was very patient with me and my husband with the purchase of our first home. She walked us through each tour, offer, walk throughs, and all the way through the closing process. Even after closing if we have a question she is quick to help us.

Caitlyn was fantastic throughout the entire process of selling our home. She was always available, responded promptly to questions, made sure we were up to speed with any updates or changes, and provided valuable guidance and recommendations all along the way. She went above and beyond in helping prepare our home for listing including rolling up her sleeves and putting in the work inside and outside the home to make sure it looked its best. Highly, highly recommend!!!

This woman doesnt move mountains. She IS the mountain! If you want a fighter, a listener, a leader, put Caitlyn in your corner. When its 4th & goal on the 1, shes the coach and cheerleader behind you all the way. Could not have asked for a better realtor! Words truly cannot express the service provided. Bottom line, call Caitlyn, or youre missing out. Thank you!!!

Hands down the best person ever. From start to finish, we knew we could count on her. Making our dreams come true she was very professional, attentive, and always on time!! She never missed a phone call or text! I would highly recommend her to sell your home or buying a home.

Caitlyn went above and beyond my recommendations. Was always available and helped me through the process. Couldn't ask for any more. Would highly recommend!!!
