Kristin was extremely helpful in guiding me through selling my house, she went through everything in an easy to understand and thoughtful way through the hard decision of downsizing my home . I am grateful for her help and understanding.

Awesome experience with Kristen Polley!!! We recently had the pleasure of working with Kristen Polley to sell our home in Marshalltown. From our first meeting, we were impressed by her professionalism and dedication. Kristen was incredibly responsive and always available to answer our questions. Kristens deep knowledge of the local market was invaluable in setting the right price and navigating the negotiation process which ultimately led to a fantastic outcome. We wholeheartedly recommend Kristen Polley to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and supportive agent. Thank you for making this process smooth and stress-free!!!

Kristin helped us with finding a home and with the sale of this property. She literally put us at ease the first time we met. She made this process smoother and simpler than we could have imagined.

For our property Kristin was a miracle worker! We had listed it with another realtor for six months with 5 visits and two offers. After we made the switch to Kristin she mentined that she would consider ours a failed listing but was always up to a challenge. She made some sugesstions about how to prepare the house for showing different from our old realtor. When we first met sh had mentioned that the average turn around on home was 16 days. She sold our house in two days! Hence the miracle worker. She is extremely professional while at the same time being very personable. Questions from us were answered very quickly and accurately and there were no glitches at closing. I can see why she is so successful at her career.

Kristin is a vital resource. From our initial sit-down meeting to outline my requirements and budget, then providing timely property candidates, to her guided knowledge of market conditions to make a competetive offer, and finally providing excellent recommendations for local financing, she was always reachable and provided honest, open and timely communication.
