I am documenting this experience for transparency. After previously meeting Ms. Grachek at an open house in 2023 and connecting on social media at her request, I contacted her regarding a current real estate matter. The communication that followed did not reflect the level of professionalism I expect from a licensed real estate agent. Rather than engaging constructively with the questions raised, the exchange shifted to personal assertions and accusatory commentary unrelated to the substance of my inquiry. The tone was adversarial rather than solution-oriented. Shortly thereafter, I was blocked from further communication, which prevented clarification or professional resolution. Real estate transactions require measured communication, respect, and the ability to navigate disagreement without escalation. In this instance, those standards were not met. Prospective buyers and sellers may wish to consider communication style and responsiveness carefully when selecting representation.
