My husband and I were house hunting for over a year with Megon. The market has been crazy and we had we were very particular about the type of property we were looking for and what our budget was. Megon was awesome to work with, consistently sending us houses that she thought might be a good match, and giving us her honest opinion when we had viewings with her. She truly cared that we would be happy in the home that we'd purchase. She always responded to us very quickly, and in a market where you only had a day or so to view the property and put an offer in, Megon was always there to help and answer any questions we had. We finally found the perfect home for us and Megon was able to put together an offer that was competitive in the market and still kept us within our budget, beating several other offers. We'd highly recommend working with her!

We can not say enough good things about Megon! From start to finish she worked ABOVE and BEYOND to help find us our dream home. I truly think if we had a different realtor we would not be in our home. She treats you like a friend, but with tons of knowledge on houses, areas, ect and answers every question you ask (if she doesn't know- she finds out) with a smile and respect. We recommend her 100%.
