I met Ross back in 2022 when I first started looking in the Williamsport area, and I honestly don't think I would've had the confidence to buy here without him. I wasn't an easy client. I was driving up from Brooklyn, asking a ton of questions, and trying to really understand the market before committing. Ross never rushed me. He showed me countless houses, took calls on weekends, and would text me when something new popped up, even knowing it might not be the one. That kind of local knowledge is hard to fake, and it made a huge difference for someone coming from out of town. Beyond just finding houses, he helped connect me with lenders, electricians, and other vendors I needed along the way. Every time I hit a roadblock, he had someone to point me to or a way to keep things moving. From start to finish, he was responsive, organized, and genuinely invested in making sure I ended up in the right place, not just any place.
