Highly unprofessional. Unknowledgeable of EV charging stations and Central Vac Systems. He listed a Central Vac System and confirmed said system in a text to our realtor and signed offer. His mistake was mostly paid by his clients - his offering for his mistake isn't even worth mentioning. No integrity or accountability for his mistakes. Everyone makes mistakes - not owning them and making your client pay for them - speaks volumes.
