Very impressed with how quick and smooth the selling of our 45 year old house sold in 2016. The house was listed and within two weeks we had an accepted offer for the selling price. I attribute the quick sale and price received due to Lori's insight, direction, and follow through. Since our house was older Lori suggested we might want to do a house inspection on our own to see what areas are called out. This helped us to understand where to spend our time and effort prior to putting our house on the market. After living in the home for a period of time, it's difficult to differentiate what should be updated and what is ok as is. She also included a 2 hour walkthrough with a stager, which also paid off immensely. Additionally Lori added a home warranty which I believe also helped sell the house. Lori had previously sold my parents house and helped them buy a condo. There was a condo that we all saw and would've liked but someone bought it. A year later, after my parents were moved into their new condo, Lori reached out to us to let us know that one condo was available again, even though we weren't looking or planning on moving, we sold our house and bought the condo.
