We are so lucky to have Larry and his team as our agent to help us buy our home in Ladera Ranch. Larry is patient, professional, responsive and one word, his is just GOOD! We have visited OC many times but never looked at the real estate market here. When we set to buy a home in the region, we were anxious where is the best place to live. Larry and his team made buying a home almost enjoyable! Larry and Iain were always available and very knowledgeable about the Laguna Hills area. We were assisting our daughter to buy a condo and SB allowed her to be intimately involved; a great learning experience.
