First Team Real Estate, 19021 Goldenwest St, Huntington Beach

Ruchika did an excellent job helping me throughout the entire process of purchasing my first home. From the very first moment, Ruchika went above & beyond in finding my dream home. Ive missed out an opportunity to purchase a very nice property so Ruchika hand-mailed letters to all of the owners in that community asking if anyone is interested in selling their property. She also did the same for another community that I was interested in. She is very patient, honest and professional. I would say that Im a very picky/difficult buyer and I never felt rushed and always felt I could trust her to have my best interests. Fast forward to nearly a year later, we found my dream home. Ruchikas knowledge and experience shined very well from making an offer to closing and every step in between. I had an unfortunate obstacle of a mortgage company I was working with just 10 days before closing and thought I had lost my dream home for sure. Fortunately, Ruchika stepped in and saved the entire purchase with her excellent mortgage broker. I feel very blessed to have Ruchika as my agent and I will 100% recommend her to my family and friends. Shes my go-to agent for life! Thank you Ruchika!

Ruchika was very friendly, welcoming, and flexible since day one. Looking for a place was not too difficult as she made the process smooth and always open to gather additional information when needed. We had many ups and downs during the process but she was always very positive and supportive. Thank you Ruchika for all your help, your work is highly appreciated.

Ruchika was phenomenal. She helps us thru a thought situation and was available to answer any questions, even when we asked over and over. From the beginning she was very informative and communicated every step of the way and the process. Highly recommend Ruchika :) she even connected with our realtor in Colorado to make our move/transition smoother. oh yes and great personality.
