First Harbor Real Estate

Kristi was awesome to work with. She was professional and knowledgeable about the market in Aberdeen, WA. My brother and I were tasked with selling my uncle's house after his death. We are in Nashville, TN and chose Kristi from talking with her via phone. She met us at the house and advised us one what needed to be done. She helped make arrangements for things that needed to be done to the house before we could put the house up for sale. Without Kristi, we would have had to spend countless hours on the phone finding people to do the work that needed to be done. She kept us informed of the progress of things. She made the experience of a bad situation easy for us. She advised us on the list price and we ended up getting well over list because it was below market and we wanted a cash offer.

She worked her a&& off and showed us every house and more !!! She was always on top of new listings And never gave up! I fired our first Realitor and she was a blessing getting her !!!

Krisi was knowledgeable and professional when helping us sell our second property. Although we never met in person, she was friendly and helpful in preparing our home for sale. As the property was three hours away, she provided help with returning the modem. We priced our home slightly above market price, and ended up getting the exact price we hope to receive.

Kristi is knowledgeable, prompt, and so helpful in the home buying process!! I couldnt recommend her more!! She showed us so many homes and helped us find our perfect match.

Kristi was so helpful and made the process of selling our house so much easier than it could have been. She knew the right cleaner (Ana was amazing). She was honest and down to earth. We just love her!
