First Full Service Realty

Ruchelle and her team provided excellent service and made it so easy for me to sell my investment property in Las Vegas area. They provided me with regular updates throughout the process. Will work with Ruchelle and team again for any future transactions.

Ruchelle was amazing. She is so knowledgeable and kept us informed through the entire process. She was honest from the start that the market was unpredictable and she was not sure how long it would take to sell our home. Well....with Ruchelle's help, we priced it right and it sold immediately. We are so grateful we had Ruchelle in our corner. She was very professional and considerate of us and our time. If you are going to buy or sell, choose Ruchelle. She'll make it easy.

Finding our second home felt daunting and impossible, but Chris Raniere and his team made the process smooth and clear. It took just 22 days to close. We opened escrow on June 18th and closed on July 10th. Thats incredibly quick, especially considering that we will told it would be hard due it was a second house. Highly recommend Chris was very patient and informative, schedule wise he is very flexible, also he is very respectful and responsible, made us feel confident and supportede. We're thrilled with our new home and we Highly recommend him for his dedication a d great result!

She is extremely knowledgeable about real estate here in Vegas. Everything she foretold about price, time on market, what did or did not need to be done was spot on. We used her about 6 years ago to buy the house. Then recently we used her again to sell our house. We recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home here.

Ruchelle at First Full Service Reality did an outstanding job helping our family get my father's house ready to put on the market. Once on the market, her work enabled us to sell the house within a month. This was the second time our family used her sell a house and we are very pleased with both sales.
