fire island sales and rentals

Joan is a wonderful broker. She was very knowledgeable about the local market, listened to us and guided us through our house purchase. She is patient, responsive and personable. A very professional agent!

Joanie is straightforward, honest and reliable which helped me to trust her as she worked with me through buying my new home. I recommend her highly to anybody and will work with her again in the future if needed. She was absolutely great.

Abigail recently helped me sell my home in Fire Island & now helping me purchase a new home. Through the process she was not only professional & knowledgeable on every aspect of the process but she went above & beyond. She educated me on various information at Fire Island that I didn't know before. I actually will miss speaking to her each week once the sale is final. I also had the pleasure of working with her brother Alan. He was equally as professional & helpful. They are a fabulous team & would recommend them highly to anyone looking to buy or sell on Fire Island.

Abigail was professional, honest, down to earth, and knowledgeable. She was always accessible within a reasonable period of time and more helpful than should have been expected. There is nothing she could have done better. I would recommend her to everyone.
