Greg, a million thanks for having made this move in our lives in record time. Not only you sold our condo in a matter of a few days, you found us the perfect place to buy. All in one month! As a retired real estate agent with 20 odd years of experience, you have beat any record I've witnessed. I'm grateful and proud of you.

I cant thank Greg enough for all his help with finding my new home to rent. From the very first call, he was on top of everything quick to respond, always available, and genuinely looking out for my best interests. He made what couldve been a stressful and long process feel easy and straightforward. Greg really listened to what I was looking for and found a place that checked all my boxes. You can tell he truly cares about his clients and goes the extra mile to make sure youre happy. Id 100% recommend him to anyone looking to rent, buy, or sell in South Florida.

We could not rent our unit for several months with a different agent. Sage was recommended by a friend and advised us that she would have no problem renting it out. Sure enough she was able to locate a renter in no time at all and negotiate a lease to everyones satisfaction I recommend her highly and without reservation. Sage is professional knowledgeable affable and determined.

Gregory was very helpful with our apartment purchase. He was very involved in every aspect of the closing. He was a honest, responsive and friendly. He did an excellent job! We are very happy. Thank you Gregory!
