We hired Patrick and his partner Kim to help my parents sell their condo at Crescent Way in San Francisco, and honestly the whole experience exceeded our expectations. My parents are older and we were a little nervous about how much work the process would be for them, but Patrick made sure they barely had to lift a finger.
