Are you interested in buying a house? Are you aware of how stressful and anxiety provoking it is to put a bid on something as expensive as a house is and then play the waiting game? Would be really disappointing if you put a bid on a house and never hear from the selling agent and having your life feel paused until you hear something or if you even hear at all right? Be careful who the selling agent is because Id quickly run from seeing the name April M Trudeau. As a democratic council woman I figured April would have some compassion for people especially when trying to improve their own lives (of course she gets a percentage of a house sold but not as important). The least you could do if someone doesnt win a bid even when paying grossly over the asking price with over 20% down is have the common courtesy to let someone know that they didnt win the bid. Its obviously not required by law or anything to do that but just means that youd be a decent human being. Thanks for making this painful process that much worse! I'm

Crushed it with negotiations, and timeliness with all communication. I wished she knew a bit more about the listings, and could answer more/ all questions during house tours. Overall, very pleasant to work with, and I am happy that Lauren represented us during our home buying experience. 100% recommend.

Tina is an excellent realtor. She responds quickly to my requests. She searched for houses for me, and when one went on the market, she contacted me that morning with advice to see it that day because she thought it was a good purchase for me. Her advice was right on the mark, and I placed a downpayment that day. She is professional courteous and other buyers would be equally pleased with her work as I was.
