This wonderful man went totally above and beyond what should be expected from a real estate agent. We needed to sell a home under adverse conditions, and he made sure to rectify every situation that came up. The house was in MS and our home is in PA. Emanuel even recruited a friend, rented a U-Haul and DROVE ALL OUR BELONGINGS FROM MS TO PA PERSONALLY. Honestly wouldnt have made it through the process without Emanuel. The banks were an absolute nightmare to work with and he was always staying on them and helping us be the squeaky wheel. He went to bat for us with negotiations with the sellers many times ranging from contract extensions to repairs. He guided us through everything and helped us out every step of the way. Any of the 100 random questions i would call him with he was there to answer. Couldnt recomend him more.

Emanuel is a Doer! He handled everything that got thrown at us and knows all there is to know. Emanuel is a walking book of knowledge and if theres not a way Emanuel will make one. Very glad to work with him and can send this review from the comfort of the house we just closed on.
