Such a heaven sent in the real estate world! We began our very first home search with Carolyn in May 2013. She was extremely welcoming from our first phone conversation and even suggested ways we could step up our game and set ourselves apart from the other buyers and in craziness of the market. She was extremely knowledgeable of the different neighborhoods/areas in Chico and was very informative with any and all questions we had in the home buying process. Not only is Carolyn knowledgeable, she is super friendly, personable and makes the house hunting process fun! Even when times got rough, Carolyn was there to keep us on our toes and keep us motivated. I cant say it enough--she is on point with every phone call, email, txt! She updates you with every step of the process from a submitted offer, acceptance and the entire escrow process. The BEST realtor, bar none! We will definitely miss her a lot!
