I entered criteria into an AI Agent seeking the "most successful" real estate agent in the New Palestine, IN, citing fewest days on the market and highest sales price. 5 agents came up and I reviewed each one reading bios and websites. I selected Sarah O'Donnell with F.C. Tucker Company because her information was the most complete, really showcased her success in our area and the reputation of F.C. Tucker. Upon talking with her, she outlined her approach and also emphasized her market differentiators resulting in a higher closing rate. We loved the photographer/videographer she selected and the final product. We also loved her use of AI to virtually furnish our otherwise empty home. We provided Sarah with an inventory of all upgrades to the home and the cost of each which she turned into a "Features Page" in our sales packet. We believe that this page and her emphasis of this data is what sold our house. Buyers loved the Turn-Key aspects of the home. Additionally, there were multiple 1-story ranch homes For Sale in ours and the adjacent neighborhood. On our closing day, all but 1 of those competing properties were still on the market.
