We first met Bonnie and Kristina in March 2018 when selling our home. They were amazing with their knowledge, with the respect they gave and compassion in selling. Selling a home is a very stressful experience and they handled me perfectly:) The write up they did for my home, oh my goodness so beautiful!!!! fast forward to this spring and they helped us again to find the perfect home to buy. Buying was much less stressful than selling but they helped us with every step!! If one was not available, the other came to show a home. They are just very nice people, who know their stuff and they care about their clients. you must work with them!!!

Kristina was extremely helpful throughout the entire home buying process! We were first time home buyers so she was very patient with us, answered any and all questions timely, and explained the process/steps very thoroughly. We required a quick close and she definitely delivered - aligning all parties, quick to get us to inspection and appraisal. She was also very knowledgeable about the various areas were were home searching within and wasnt afraid to tell the truth/speak her mind about an area or potential issues seen in homes. She was very honest which put our minds at ease. We would definitely recommend Kristina and look forward to working with her in future home sales/purchases.
