As a first time home buyer I was very nervous about the home buying process; especially in a new area. But Annette went the extra mile in every aspect of the process to ensure that I was able to see homes first to have the opportunity to have the first offer in and also really went the extra mile to provide advice on local areas and learn about my wants & needs for a starter home. I would recommend Annette to anyone who wants a genuine, honest and persistent real estate agent who will tailor to your specific home needs.

We called we made an appointment with Annette Nitz the next day at noon for a phone appointment with a possible meeting, we waited 3 hrs. Never heard from her. Sorry. Brenda NitzkePS. The man I spoke to the night before was very nice. He even tried to call her on her cell but no answer.. So he set up the phone meeting for us.

Annette stuck with me through several months of back and forth while I bought my house. She was so helpful and positive and never gave up on getting me the house I really wanted. She totally went the extra mile time and time again and for that I'm thankful. I highly recommend Annette Nitz.

I never meet nor ever heard from Annette and thus the problem. We were interested in one of her listings and we tried to contact her. Nothing. We left voicemails and text message. Nothing. After contacting another agent it turns out that the property was supposed to have bids turned in by a specific time and day--something we could have done if Annette would have responded to us. She didn't which means that the seller of the home also lost out on a possibly higher bid. She did a disservice for both of us.

Annette Nitz did everything she said she would do and more!!! We would recommend her to any seller!! She took care of our listing with expert advice! She was such a wonderful person to have sell our home as we live in another state and she took care of it all. She is your go to person in Washington State!
