Fathom Realty

Latonia helped us buy our house in June. After over 3 months of constant house hunting and building offers (VERY hard market), we won one and we love it so much. I am so glad we had her to help us!

I may be a little biased because LaTonia Knox is my momaEUR"but she still blew my mind with how she handled my home purchase! At just 22 years old, I closed on my dream home in only 21 daysaEUR"with zero issues. The process was smooth, fast, and honestly way easier than I ever imagined. Watching her in action as both my Realtor and Loan Officer was amazing. She was professional, knowledgeable, and made sure every detail was handled with care. Her ability to juggle all aspects of the transactionaEUR"real estate, mortgage, negotiationsaEUR"showed me just how skilled and dedicated she really is. Even though Ive known her my whole life, seeing her work firsthand made me realize why so many people trust her. If you're buying, selling, investing, or need property managementaEUR"LaTonia Knox is the one to call. Highly recommended. Not just because shes my mom, but because shes the real deal.

It was a pleasure & a blessing to have LaTonia Knox to represent me as a Seller. She represented me 100%. She was always available, persistent, & dependable. She stayed on top of issues, calling as much as needed, until she got a resolve. I felt like I was her only client, but I know I wasn't, because she wears many different hats. She is very knowledgeable and experience, in what she does. I was very happy & extremely satisfied with her service. I would definitely recommend LaTonia Knox to your family members & friends, to serve as your Realty, Broker, & or Loan Specialist. She will definitely take care of you good. Thank you LaTonia for all that you did for me in getting my house sold in a timely & professional manner. Kudos!!!

Latonia was phenomenal! There wasnt a time throughout the three month process where I felt she was not giving us her best. The market that we were looking in was rough and Latonia kept things moving. Her ability to keep the conversations real and personable helped get us into our new home!

LaTonia was absolutely amazing to work with! From the very beginning, she was incredibly responsive and always made herself available to answer our questions. Her knowledge of the market and attention to detail made the entire home-buying process feel smooth and stress-free. She truly listened to what we were looking for and worked tirelessly to help us find a beautiful home that exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend LaTonia to anyone looking for a dedicated, hardworking, and trustworthy realtor!
