Fathom Realty Oregon LLC

We had a great experience with AJ! He was always responsive, took the time to listen to our thoughts on the sale strategy, and made sure they were implemented thoughtfully. His communication, attention to detail, and willingness to collaborate made the process much easier for us. Were grateful for his support and would happily work with him again. Thank you!

Anthony Wong isnt just a good realtor, hes the person you want if youre buying on the Oregon coast, especially for a short-term rental. He knows the coast and STRs inside and out: the different towns, micro-neighborhoods, rental laws, what actually books well and what to watch out for. That depth of knowledge is what helped us land the perfect beachfront place for our first STR. After gathering details about what we were looking for, he sent us multiple well thought out options and was honest about the pros and cons of each so we could make a smart decision, not just a fast one. He was also incredibly responsive. Whether it was texts, emails or calls, he was always quick to reply and willing to hop on the phone, even last minute and around our difficult schedules. We felt genuinely supported and taken care of all the way through from formulating the initial offer, to negotiations, to navigating the due diligence period and long closing process. Wed strongly recommend Anthony to anyone looking for a place on the Oregon coast.

I had an outstanding experience working with AJ! From the very first phone call, it was clear that he was dedicated to helping me find the perfect property that truly fit my needs. I would highly recommend AJ to anyone looking for exceptional service while buying or selling a property! AJ demonstrated an impressive knowledge of the local markets. He was always available for questions and provided invaluable insights that made a significant difference in my decision-making. His expertise in the STR realm was a difference maker and I cannot imagine buying an STR in this area without his support. What stood out the most was his patience and professionalism, even during challenging negotiations or bumps in the road. AJ remained calm and informative throughout. Thanks to AJ's hard work and dedication, we found the perfect opportunity. Thank you, AJ, for making a dream a reality!

We were looking for an out-of-town investment property/summer home and working with Anthony was the best decision we made. Before we even traveled out, he researched multiple properties ahead of time so we could narrow down our options before our trip even started. By the time we arrived, he had a seamless schedule lined up so we could maximize our time comparing homes and making our walkthroughs super productive. Anthony is incredibly thorough, proactive, and always looks out for his clients. At times, it felt like he knew what we wanted better than we did! What we appreciated most was that hes completely down-to-earth, never pushy, and gave us honest pros and cons for every single home. Thanks to his guidance we made our offer with total confidence and zero regrets. Were so grateful we found him and won't hesitate to work with him again!
