Courtney listed and sold my previous home in a very short time frame. She helped me find my dream home in this very competitive market through her good negotiating skills. I would definitely use her again to list or sale another property.

Courtney was a new agent and we were her first clients. Our buy was complicated and she made every effort to inform us and keep us in the loop. We were able to find our dream home and Courtney will forever be our friend.

My wife and I just moved from South Carolina to Amarillo. We had a short time frame to look for houses and William was great at showing us homes in our price range and desires. He is a hard worker as we looked at 9 houses in 2 days. Once we decided on a home he was always in communication with us on the closing process, did a walk down/video of our new house when we were still in SC, and helped review our closing documents. He is on top of things and has a great personality!

I am an elderly home seller. My realtor was William Wheeler. I had been trying for about a year to sell my house. There was no luck. I tried William Wheeler. He was my seller's agent for about 50-days. My experience was that he was nice, at first. But after the house was listed, he did not meet basic realty expectations. For starters, he convinced me I needed curb appeal for my house. He suggested using his landscaping business. He wanted a pebble drop, shutters for the windows, and new paint for the front of my house. He said since he owns a landscaping business, he would do a pebble drop at no charge for the stones. He also said he could screw in shutters. I agreed to get all of the materials. I painted the front of my house. William had his poorly qualified handyman attempt to put up shutters and place the stones. The stones were badly placed. One shutter was not even nailed down. It dangled. William tried to screw in the shutter (requires a mason drill and a bit of skill). However, he failed as well. Shockingly, he let the shutter dangle. No fix. The house went live, and all of the potential buyers saw this dangling shutter. I asked William numerous times to fix it, since he caused it. He kept saying he would, but he never did. The wind finally blew the shutter off. SMART REMARKS: There were times, he made smart remarks to me. One was a personal attack. As he was trying to figure out why the house had not sold in one-year, I explained to him how a few realtors had in-fact represented the property, but after about 100 days, I had let them go, due to poor performance on selling my house, and/or general integrity issues, or in some cases, for home repairs. However, William stated to me, without knowing the situation: "Do you enjoy letting so many realtors go?" Once he heard the reason, he indicated he understood. Another smart remark he made was about my updates. He said, "Your floor looks like (not a good word)." Another time when I was unable to show on a particular day, he demanded to know "why." PRESSURE: He put an unreasonable amount of pressure on me to remove my pre-approval letter requirement. Finally, I had to ask him to stop sending me such disturbing texts about it. DUE DILIGENCE: He did appear to allow buyer's agents to disrespect my house. He did this by not sharing with them my requirements for anyone to be in the house. I.e., leave business card. No pets or kids. Need names of showing agents and the customer. No smoking. To please let me know if they will be late or a no show. Etc. William was visibly angry at my requirements and decided to disable my ability to see the showing agent on Broker Bay. Shocked, I asked to speak to his broker. He then quickly enabled it again. One realtor actually was a no show. Nobody let me know. So, I called the showing agent to find out. She informed me they would need to reschedule. William was furious that I called the agent. Another time, a realtor actually brought her grandkid to my home during a showing, without permission from me. The child was unsupervised. As a result, the child caused damage to my front door and my front fence. (this is on video). William could not have cared less when I reported the damages and gave him the video. He was unsupportive entirely - when I reiterated there are to be no children or animals during showings. During one of the showings, someone, {though I don't know who), tied one of my venetian blind cords in a million knots. This resulted in me having to replace the valance assembly. I reported this to William, but again, he showed zero concern. Finally, due to William's truly disrespectful behavior, I pulled the house off the market & fired William. He made it just so stressful. I also had to do repairs. William, in turn, texted and said --- since I terminated, if I don't "pay" him for the stones he will withhold my termination letter. I learned that the real estate board calls this "holding a client's interest hostage." Of course, I gladly paid for the stones. I then received my termination letter. All he had to do was ask...not threaten. But again, total lack of respect. Then, shockingly, William hit me up for more money ... for so-called, "labor." I reminded him that I already paid labor money to his handyman, which he had witnessed. He then backed down. It is my view that William possessed no local realty knowledge that I could see. Additionally, he neglected to process feedback forms, or even get feedback from potential buyers (or agents) and get it to me, in spite of me asking numerous times. (I felt feedback was vital in order for me to improve, if possible.) I observed William did not communicate well at all...did not participate in regular updates either. I do feel he had poor negotiation skills with the one offer we had, by not listening to my clear directives, in the event an offer was received. I would not recommend William Wheeler.

I would recommend William to sell pretty much anything. He helped me every step of the way during the selling my house. I have worked with other realtors and they are mostly stand-off ish. William was very attentive and even helped me prepare my house before the inspectors came. Also coordinated for any repairs after the inspector. Very happy with the service and thank you again!
