Carla is a true professional, caring, thoughtful. She does her research on surrounding properties, comps, and recent sales. She thoroughly describes how things will happen, time frames, expectations. She really is wonderful and it shows that she loves what she does and provides excellent advice, knowledge, and guidance to the people she represents during a sale of your house. I would highly recommend her to anyone, she is fair, honest, thoughtful, follows through and is very communicative which these days can be challenging but she does it with true professionalism and caring for her clients.
