Fathom Realty Greater Asheville

Marcos Aleman far exceeded my expectations inhis ability to sell my house quickly and at the best price. My house in Lake Lure, NC had been on the market for over a year listed by a different agent. I then changed to have Marcos list the property. Marcos had buyers ready to purchase my property immediately. Within a couple of weeks, I had a full price offer which was 20 percent higher than the property had listed for with the other agent. He even stored a few items from the house that I couldn't move at the time.
