Fathom Realty FL

Alan was not only very professional and knowledge but took the day to show us around even after we told him this trip was a scouting trip. Highly recommend and we plan on dealing with him when we buy our retirement home soon

Alan was easy to work with and very solution-oriented. He was able to get us past some hurdles due to his quick thinking, many years of experience and knowledge of the industry. He was also hard-working and willing to work above and beyond to sell me our home.

Alan is a seasoned professional who not only knows Florida and real estate, but will actually represent you, the buyer, during the entire buying process. He did a great job for us, working every detail in our best interests. He is a great advisor and negotiator. And a joy to work with! He is truly a five star guy!

Alan went above and beyond to help us purchase our home in Florida and to help us sell it, when our circumstances changed. He stayed on top of the process from beginning to end and kept us informed the whole way. He met with inspectors, appraisers, and vendors hired to do repair work. He even pitched in to help us do some minor repairs ourselves. Alan is the best and we highly recommend him to anyone!-Steve and Rhonda Pfister

We moved to Florida several months ago and I was interviewing realtors to buy a home. It was clear by the many reviews that Alan Johnson had helped a lot of people find their dream home and everyone really liked him. All I can say is he was the best. Not just a realtor to us now but good friend. I normally don't write many reviews but I have to say if you are looking for a honest and patient realtor pick Alan. Always fun to be around and he knows his business. He was great every step of the way. Thanks Alan!
