We started looking for a house in PGI rather informally with another real estate agent. They were not as knowledgeable as they needed to be about the area, docks and what sailboat water really meant. We decided to get a recommendation from a real estate agent from up north and Alan was the recommendation. What a breath of fresh air, he quickly found houses that fit our needs and wants and supplied with the knowledge we needed to make an informed choice. We found a great property, but without a pool. He brought in a pool guy to evaluate the property and it seemed there was no good way to satisfy our wants. We decided to go ahead with the purchase anyway. Later in Alan's real estate wanderings he found a pool that would work for us and sent us pictures. Now we have the perfect house. The sale was made, but he kept us in mind
