Fathom Realty

Dawn is the BEST!! She will literally move mountains to help you obtain your home buying/selling goals. Shes super knowledgeable and has great relationships in the industry to help you overcome any obstacles along the way. Shes a great advocate to have on your side! When I'm ready to buy again- I'm using Dawn 100%!!

Dawn did a fantastic job of helping us with our home sale. We found ourselves in a position that made the speed of our sell imperative and she proceeded with attentiveness and urgency. As a military veteran, I recommend her to help get your sell or purchase done in a timely manner. Dawn makes every client feel like her only client.

Dawn is by far the easiest smartest Realitor I've had the pleasure of meeting and working with in Colorado. She helped me buy and sell a couple of our homes and does a outstanding job every time it is always a pleasure to have her be our realtor over others

I highly recommend working with Dawn. My experience with her was nothing short of exceptional. She is transparent, thorough, and genuinely caring. From the beginning she jumped into action, always tried new approaches, and never gave up. She continued advocating for me and always helped me with next steps. What stood out most was how well she communicated with me throughout the entire process. She kept me informed, was honest even when the news was complicated, and always made me feel like my situation personally mattered to her. If you're looking for an agent who will work hard, be honest, and stick by you, I can't recommend Dawn enough. Because of her dedication, I will absolutely be working with Dawn again when the time is right and would recommend her to anyone looking for an agent who truly goes above and beyond.

Kacy takes such great care of her clients and always goes above and beyond to work hard for them! She is knowledgeable, professional and understands the Colorado Springs market. I would highly recommend using Kacy if you are looking to buy or sell your home.
