Recently inspected a home for Mrs. Dillard that ended up having several issues and some that the contractors were apparently trying to hide. Spoke with her for several minutes after the inspection and she seemed genuinely concerned for her clients. She worked hard to get contractors out there and give quotes on the repairs. Her clients ended up backing out and she got their due diligence money back!!! Mrs. Dillard already has them on another home. she truly has her client's best interest at heart!

Nancy was very professional, she took time to explain everything to us, she reviewed our property and advised us of items that needed to be done before the house went on the market. We had already moved out of state and with our consent she had some items repaired and/or replaced by experts in their field. When our house was listed she sold it the first day it was on the market. During the time it took to go to closing she kept us informed and up to date of the process including sending us electronic files that we needed to sign. I have nothing but praise and admiration for a job well done. I would recommend to anyone that is looking to buy or sell their home to contact Nancy and turn it over to her.
