Fathom Realty AL LLC

We are so thankful we had Melissa as our realtor throughout the process of buying our first home! She was so helpful, patient, and always there to answer all of our questions, even when we probably had a million of them. Buying a home for the first time can be so stressful and overwhelming, but Melissa made the whole process feel so much easier. She truly cared about finding the right home for us and was there every step of the way until we finally got to closing day! We are so grateful for everything she did to help us get into our first home. If youre looking for a realtor who genuinely cares about her clients and will go above and beyond, I definitely recommend Melissa!

We had the absolute best experience working with Melissa! From start to finish, she was an incredible advocate for us?always looking out for our best interests and making sure every detail was handled with care. She?s a skilled negotiator who fought hard on our behalf and even managed to get us money back at closing, which we never expected! Her professionalism, knowledge, and dedication made the entire process smooth and stress-free. If you?re looking for someone who truly goes above and beyond for their clients, Melissa is the one to call!

Melissa was absolutely wonderful! She was very knowledgeable and informative! You can tell she LOVES what she does! She wanted us to be happy and did everything in her power to make it happen! We?re so thankful we had her to negotiate and communicate with the seller on our behalf. Thank you Melissa! We love our new home!

Melissa is a rock star and we all need a rock star on our side. She has not just helped us buy the property she is continuing the journey of renting it out for us. She has helped with finding vendors to maintain the property. She was there for the inspection and helped us with the whole process. I just cant say enough about Melissa and the way she does her business and takes care of her clients.

Melissa was excellent to work with, she made buying a house for the first time a smooth and easy process. She went above and beyond to meet our needs and wants, if I had to go through this process all over again she would be my number one pick. Great experience!
