My wife and I were actively looking to find and purchase a home in the Ormond Beach area, and as luck had it, we found Alex. We were quite the challenge, as we were in the middle of selling our home in NY, but the home required a very complicated renovation loan. Alex was very helpful by showing us at least a dozen homes, finding us a very quaint beachside house, while fully knowing the complications we were experiencing in NY. Both Alex and I might agree, the house purchase here in Ormond was extremely difficult to navigate because of the difficulties we faced in NY. Alex was more helpful and knowledgeable than our realtor and at times our attorney in New York. Alex is a very ethical, patient, and genuine person. He is an excellent realtor as well. We would recommend him anytime for anyone.
