He presented a vast knowledge of the field, but also had in depth experience with the tight "sellers" market we were in. Even before we met with him, we got full excellent service from him from sending us educated information of housing choices tailored to our needs. Not only did he give us updates of the housing market in the areas we were interested, he also provided neighborhood information that helped us make our decisions. He certainly has our best interest in his mind so that he supported our action to back out from our first offer within the time frame allowed. When we found the one we love, he helped facilitate the process of making a reasonable offer and worked very hard with the sellers' realtor to get the deal done. Even better, when we have some concerns on a few minor repair needs from the inspection report, he volunteered to hire a handyman to fix anything listed on the report out of his pocket. Together with the sellers realtor, he also bought a one-year home warranty for us. Beyond his realtor duty, he has also involved in giving us help on moving, home/auto insurance, carpet cleaning, so on and so forth. We have indeed formed a personal bondage with him and have become good friends. Alex is a young professional with energy, knowledge, loving characters that has a great promising future ahead of him. ZillowVERIFIED I have not met Alex in person yet but was referred to him from an out of state Real Estate office. I know the Ormond Beach area well and have been looking at homes for a while. During my first phone conversation with Alex I was immediately impressed with his knowledge of the area and more so with his knowledge of the overall market conditions at the time. Over the next several weeks I reached out to Alex for information on homes I had interest in. Each and every time Alex responded to my questions and requests for information almost immediately. He would even drive by the properties and give me his honest opinion on whether to pursue or not. He earned my trust and I recently bought a house from him sight unseen. Since I am out of state, Alex was there for the home and septic inspections and coordinated getting any issues fixed. He acted on my behalf with the utmost expertise and professionalism.
