Farm & Home Real Estate

Becky was so wonderful to work with! She showed my husband and I houses for over a year, and was extremely patient with us. She found us the perfect home, and made the entire process so easy! We will always use Becky as our realtor, and would strongly recommend her to anyone looking for a painless process!

Becky is a very positive person who will help find the perfect new home for just you or your whole family! Becky is always on time and ready to get a sale! When my family was on the search to find a new home we fell in love with the fourth house we saw and she was very helpful in the process of buying our new home! I would definitely recommend her to someone who would like a great realtor!

Becky was a pleasure to work with. She answered all of our questions, was prompt and responsive in communication, and best of all, was able to sell our house and close within 2 months! Highly recommend.

Have not completed a sale with Becky yet so still looking at negotiation skills to see how she handles that. However, so far she has done a great job for us. We know that she is watching the market for the house that will be a fit for us. I would reconmend Mrs. Baumgardner as a realitor to anyone.

Becky is such a pleasure to work with! She is very knowledgeable and patient. She will definitely make sure you find what you want and if you are selling your home she will work hard to get the job done fast. Not to mention she has a great personality!
