This woman is amazing!!! She knows EVERYTHING about real estate! I found her to be unbelievably knowledgeable! She anticipated problems BEFORE they happened therefore everything went smoothly and we were able to close escrow in just a month or so. She truly knows so much about every angle of the business. I met Farah 12 years ago when she was still a mortgage loan officer at Bank of America. At that time she refinanced my home loan. Ever since then she has refinanced my properties several times. I have a few investment properties and last year I needed to do a 1031 exchange on one of my investment properties. She helped me find a very nice replacement property in Brentwood. My 1031 exchange went very smoothly. It was a tough negotiation and the seller didn't show much cooperation, but with Farah's persistence and negotiation skills I got the property. Today that property has gone up in value by 10%... Farah is very dedicated, honest and always friendly and happy to resolve any issues or tough situation. Easy to work with friendly and very knowledgeable. She goes the extra mile and is very helpful. After finding us a place she also explained our options when we had trouble with our bank after we were unable to receive our loan. She then led us to a better bank which was suited to our particular needs and we never looked back. She was very helpful during all the signed paperwork we needed to fill by answering all our questions and concerns thoroughly. Anytime the bank requested anything she explained exactly what it was and why they needed it. She goes beyond just real estate due to her experience working as a loan officer which made the whole process more comfortable and easier.
