This amazing human being handled the purchase of our first home which my wife and I officially closed on today! We were clueless and extremely nervous about this whole process. We'd heard so many horror stories about things that could possibly go wrong, it was scary to say the least. Michele was recommended to us by a friend who thought the world of her. I was hesitant to speak with her at first because we were kind of talking with another realtor and we were leaning towards allowing the other realtor to handle the purchase of the home. The moment I spoke with Michele I was sold on her. Her knowledge and expertise immediately stood out, but the thing that sold us the most was how down to earth and caring she was. We never felt like clients we felt like friends. From our first conversation I felt like I've known her for years. Trust and comfort was huge throughout this process and we had it with her. If I ever had a question or issue she always had the answer I needed. If she wasn't available at a certain moment, her wonderful assistant Liza was there to help right away. Michele was more than amazing to us and I was able to learn so much from her. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking to purchase/sell a home. You can tell she truly loves her job and her clients.
