ZillowVERIFIEDMichele is absolutely the best! She was always available to show me homes, managed her time and my time wisely. Michele was able to spot things that wouldnt be beneficial to me long term on a home to discard houses off my lists and not waste time or money into them. She has a very loving, bubbly and outgoing personality. Very professional, negotiated terms in my favor with my lender and seller as well. I bought my dream home in record time Oct. 2021 thanks to Michele. I highly recommend her if you want to work with someone with experience and an easy going personality but also fierce at making sure you get the best deal out there! Thank you Michele I will forever be grateful to you!

ZillowVERIFIED The best realtor Ive ever worked with! One of our friends highly recommended her. She is not your typical realtor. She cares a lot about her customers and their personnel needs. At the same time she is very professional and knowledgeable. We just closed on our new home with her great help! Michele made the whole process from start to finish super easy and fast. We closed on the house in less than two weeks. She is a great negotiator and responds to your questions and concerns immediately! Very happy and highly recommend!

ZillowVERIFIED We are so glad we found Rich through Zillow. He was so great to work with and helped us find a home that was in our price range, in a neighborhood we love, and just the perfect fit for us.

ZillowVERIFIED Great experience helped us purchase our first home and made the process super easy! Later when we decided to sell Michele was really helpful (despite me being difficult to work with!) she sold our house in about 48 hours and over ten thousand above asking!

ZillowVERIFIED EZ Choice gave these home buyers the white glove treatment from start to finish. We first met agent Linda White by phone from NJ. Linda & Michele began helping us with our new home search months before we left for Florida. Linda was everything we wanted from a realtor. She was always diligent to find potential homes, on time for every meeting, never disrupted our time together with phone calls, she allowed the property to speak for itself. When questions arose she always got immediate answers and opined about the homes only when asked. Linda & Michele stayed on top of the closing process, negotiations and more. Were happy to say we love our new home and our new friends at EZ Choice.

ZillowVERIFIED Michelle was great! aEURoeThis wont be the first Ive listed a house higher than everything else in the neighborhoodaEUR?. Ok.. I dont think those were her exact words, but thats basically what she told us when we were concerned about listing too high. This was our first time selling a home and she was very patient, knowledgeable, and empowering. We sold our house for top dollar and are very pleased with the outcome. Michelle was kind, yet stern with the other agent. Her negotiating skills are second to none, and she fought for us the whole way. As we neared the closing date, there were loose ends that the buyers agent had not yet finalized. Michelle worked quickly to resolve all of the issues to get the deal closed on time.During the negotiation process Michelle was methodical and accommodating. She alerted us of the communication from the buyer, discussed our options, asked our opinions, gave her recommendation, and gave us time to think about how we wanted to proceed.I highly recommend Michelle Frasure.

ZillowVERIFIED This amazing human being handled the purchase of our first home which my wife and I officially closed on today! We were clueless and extremely nervous about this whole process. We'd heard so many horror stories about things that could possibly go wrong, it was scary to say the least. Michele was recommended to us by a friend who thought the world of her. I was hesitant to speak with her at first because we were kind of talking with another realtor and we were leaning towards allowing the other realtor to handle the purchase of the home. The moment I spoke with Michele I was sold on her. Her knowledge and expertise immediately stood out, but the thing that sold us the most was how down to earth and caring she was. We never felt like clients we felt like friends. From our first conversation I felt like I've known her for years. Trust and comfort was huge throughout this process and we had it with her. If I ever had a question or issue she always had the answer I needed. If she wasn't available at a certain moment, her wonderful assistant Liza was there to help right away. Michele was more than amazing to us and I was able to learn so much from her. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking to purchase/sell a home. You can tell she truly loves her job and her clients.

ZillowVERIFIED We started our relationship with Michele several months before we would be buying a retirement home. Over that period of time Michele kept us informed as to the homes for sale as well as what the market seemed to be doing. As we got closer she stepped up contact with us on a personal basis as well as thru e-Mail. She helped us narrow down the homes we would look at when we went down. This was fine tuned the week before we went to Florida. When we met her at the gate of the community we were looking into we found a lovly bright and energetic young woman. In a very short period of time we felt she was more a friend than our realtor. I would highly recomend her to anyone buying or selling a home that is in her area. We have closed on our home and she is still in contact and doing some other things for us. Thanks Michele you made a stressful experiance a pleasure!

ZillowVERIFIED I've owned 4 properties before this last one and worked with a few realtors, but they all pale in comparison with what Karen brings to the business. I have no reservations in stating that she would be a terrific asset to anyone out there looking for a place to call home. Thanks to her, I have my own place in Florida.

ZillowVERIFIED Michele was very professional, easy to deal with and obviously passionate about real estate. Not only can she sell the properties, but she is a great ambassador for greater Tampa/St Petersburg region. Given that we were not from Florida, Michele was a real asset in helping us decide if the area was right for us. If there had been a category for persistence; I would have given Michele six stars. Her determination and "never give up" attitude sets her apart.

ZillowVERIFIED She patiently worked with me over several years to help me find the right place at the right time. She also helped me full get asking price on my listing through a very well put together of my condo. During the closing of both properties she always kept me on task and was responsive in order to meet my double close deadline. She also worked with the seller of my new condo to make sure my move in went smoothly and that the new property was clean.

ZillowVERIFIED 1. Expertise-we all know that the quickest way to know a persons level of knowledge is by asking tons of questions (I didnt do it on purpose. Its just what I do and me being by myself I had to bounce questions of some one). I couldnt recall the specific questions that Ive asked Michele but I was very impressed every time when I got the response. Her expertise and timely response made her really reliable. 2. Timely communication aEUR" Michele has so many clients at hand but I was amazed by how she was still able to respond to my emails and phone calls in a very timely manner. Its not just about the "deliver on time" but its the accuracy of his response and the knowledge she has that really makes the whole home buying process smooth. 3. Care aEUR" this is where I really think Michele went above and beyond. I was on a short timeline do to an up coming deployment and Michele expedited the entire home buying experience and really had my back. Even though the process was rushed nothing was overlooked and I could feel very confident that I was receiving the best service a person could ask for! Thank you Michele for making my first Tampa home purchase wonderful! I look forward to working with you in the future!

ZillowVERIFIED Michele handled the recent sale of a house I had purchased as an investment / flip. She had also handled the earlier purchase of that same house. In both cases, her knowledge and expertise were readily apparent. She kept me informed every step of the way, and brought many things to my attention that I would have overlooked or mishandled. She is extremely professional and courteous, and smoothed out all of the little bumps along the way in both transactions. It really could not have been handled any better......totally positive experience. I would not hesitate to utilize her skills again....and would readily recommend her to any one looking for a home in the Tampa area.
