Expert Realty

We wouldnt have this house without Solaris help. He helped guide us, made great recommendations, and negotiated the buying price. He always either answered calls immediately, or got back to us very quickly.

Ive purchased several properties in my life, and this experience with Solaris was by far the best experience Ive ever had. He went above and beyond every step of the way. I was absolutely blown away. I still am. Even now after the purchase is complete, he offers us guidance since were new to the area. Hes just a solidly good person!

Solaris provided the best realtor experience I have ever had. From start to finish I had a seamless and stress free home Buying experience. It was a long process because I had to sell my house first and it took almost a year, but Solaris was always incredibly responsive. He also was very professional and knowledgeable. Communication from Solaris was excellent and I highly recommend him.

Solaris is by far the best Real Estate Professional I have ever worked with and provided excellent advice throughout the entire process. He was able to facilitate a successful transaction made us feel very comfortable and removed any anxieties we had. Solaris was able to negotiate a lower price for us and we bought it sight unseen, so it was a little scary. We put our trust in him and he delivered! We would definitely use Solaris again and highly recommend him!

Solaris grew up in Key West, giving him an extensive knowledge of the island and neighboring Keys. He listened and understood exactly what we were looking for in a home. He also helped us to eliminate properties that were not a good fit, keeping our best interests in mind. Solaris was always prompt, professional and went above and beyond what was expected of him. He was kind enough to follow up with us on more than one occasion after closing to offer any assistance we might need. Thank You, Solaris, for all your hard work. You found us our perfect home and we couldnt be happier!
