Expectmoore Premier Properties

Exceptional service, and went above and beyond every expectation in terms of knowledge, efficiency, communication and professionalism. I will utilize Scott's services in the future, and recommend him to everyone who is looking to buy or sell. Thanks so much!

Scott and Kevin Moore are outstanding, I can not recommend them enough. This was our fourth transaction with them and we will never take our business elsewhere. They truly go above and beyond, walking us through the process step by step with clear communication from start to finish. We recently purchased vacant land, which we thought would be a daunting process. There is so much to research/confirm before signing the dotted line. Kevin and Scott were with us every step of the way, assisting us/finding experts to ensure we were purchasing property that would be functional for our future build. We are so grateful to them and their expertise. Their integrity and kindness is unparalleled. We recommend them for all your real estate needs. Thank you so much Scott & Kevin!!

My husband and I have worked with Scoot Moore on and off for the last 4.5 years. He helped us find our first house in 2016 and then helped sell our house just recently. Scott has done a phenomenal job with listening to our desires and following through with them. Scott is very professional, responds quickly, and makes the whole experience more personable. If there comes a time again when we need to buy or sell, we wont hesitate to contact Scott from Expectmoore premier properties.

Scott provided fantastic and timely service for my family as we were preparing to sell our house. We were able to get our house listed immediately upon getting an accepted offer on our new house. Highly recommend for anyone wanting to buy or sell in the Grand Rapids area.

Scott was great to work with. He is knowledgeable, accessible and communicates clearly, making the process easy. I bought a newly built condo, he did a great job of communicating my wishes to the builder to make sure everything I wanted was included. I would highly recommend Scott with any real estate needs you have.
