Lanh Nguyen is, without a doubt, the best agent my wife and I have ever worked with. As first-time homebuyers, we were very particular about the details of our dream home. Lanh listened carefully and showed us properties that perfectly matched our criteria. Unlike other agents who seemed more interested in their commission and often pressured us to buy quickly, Lanh was different. He worked around our schedule, answered all our questions with patience, and consistently updated us on new listings that fit our interests. After we signed the purchase deal, the lender I had chosen turned out to be a nightmare, causing us immense stress. Lanh went above and beyond, reaching out to different lenders to secure the best possible rate for us. He ensured everything went smoothly, negotiated favorable terms, and saved us a significant amount of money on closing costs. I highly recommend Lanh Nguyen from Realty EXP Group to anyone looking for a dedicated and reliable real estate agent. He truly cares about his clients and works tirelessly to achieve the best outcomes for them.
