My wife and I recently purchased our first home ever, and it was such a fun and straightforward experience. Luis really took care of us and guided us from day one. From our very first interaction with Luis, he took time to interview us and find out about us and what we were looking for in a home and our overall home search experience end expectations. We immediately felt comfortable with him. First impressions are very important to me personally and Luis exceeded my expectations and set the bar high. He made us feel at ease with him. He is very engaging in conversation and keeps a wide open line of communication. I felt like aEURoepoor guy, we text him too much or ask too many questionsaEUR?. However he answered all our questions and replied to every text and email. He communicated very well with our lender. He would communicate with the listing agents in a timely manner. He set up a home spreadsheet that made it so easy to visualize and schedule showings as well as all the info on the property. I feel like our whole home hunt went by so fast and efficient. He helped us with strategies in submitting competitive offers which helped us in a few offers and eventually with the home we purchased. Overall we had a great experience. Luis is so generous with his time and efforts. He really went above and beyond to help us and guide us. We highly recommend him as an agent especially for first time home buyers. I had a great experience with Luis as my relator. He took the time to really get to know me and get to know what I was looking for. I am a first time home buyer and had so many questions. Luis would patiently and thoroughly answer each and every question I had. He walked me through the entire process and I was able to completely trust him. He would even make sure that I was being taken care of by the loan company. We looked at 3 homes and in less than 2 months we were able to find the perfect home, submit an offer, and receive the keys to my first home.
