Exp Realty of CA

Dana was an amazing realtor and was pivotal in asking all the right questions to ensure we got the best incentives. We wouldn't have had such a smooth process without her help and guidance. She was a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend her for anyone looking to buy a home! Thank you!

Dana is the best real estate agent ever and I have purchased and sold couples of proerties in the past. She has been very patient, persistent, and skillful in managing the other parties with no fear of challenges along the way. I appreciate her experiences, and professionalism, staying focused on what the priority is and what is important, moving forward without complaints, remaining calm and flexible to solve issues. I am glad I got to have her as my agent, and I am happy that she will be selling my next property. Please feel free to contact me for any questions.

Dana is the most professional real estate agent I have worked with. The seller wanted a 21 day close and I was buying the home using a VA guaranteed loan. Dana was absolutely the reason I was successful in closing within that small window of time. She was incredibly responsive to every detail. She continued to stay in touch after the closing to ensure that everything was ok. I definitely would use her again and I highly recommend her to anyone buying or selling a home.

As a first-time homebuyer, the process was confusing at times, but working with my real estate agent, Dana LeCompte, made all the difference. Dana was absolutely fantasticaEUR"always in communication, patient, and clear in explaining every step whenever I felt unsure. She was kind, empathetic, and genuinely cared about helping me feel confident throughout the process. When it came time to make the purchase, Dana went above and beyond. She made it possible for me to buy my home through her knowledge, strategy, and ability to secure seller credits. Her expertise and dedication are truly unmatched. I'm so grateful for her guidance and support. I couldnt have done this without her!

Dana LeCompte was amazing! I was able to purchase my home because of Dana's fast action in contacting the sellers relator despite two other bidders. She went above and beyond in helping me find my house when I was living 3,000 miles out of state. I would not hesitate to use Dana again in the future.
