Wendy Sparks is an absolutely phenomenal realtor. My husband and I first met Wendy by happenstance over 3 years ago when we were looking for a house near a lake in Cumberland County. She helped us find the perfect home for us, and did so with just the right balance of attention and lack of pressure. Purchasing that home with Wendy at the helm was an efficient, calm, and smooth process throughout. Fast forward to late 2025; we needed to sell a small off-campus house in Mercer County that was purchased for my daughter and a college roommate to live in right at the beginning of COVID (I wish I had known Wendy when we purchased the home!). We reached out to Wendy for a reference of a colleague in that area as I assumed the distance would be too far for her to take on. Wendy offered to list the home for us without hesitation, despite the 90 minute drive! We were thrilled. Selling that home had challenges with all kinds of inspection and permit issues. It was very stressful and I might have given up or lost my mind if it weren't for Wendy working diligently behind the scenes for us to make it work. She was the only one out of everyone involved (the buyer had an attorney and agent, plus town permit folks and contractors) who was on top of everything and keeping the communication flowing. I am 100% sure the buyer paying for an attorney wished instead she had Wendy as a realtor, as she did all of the work and moved everything forward by sheer will and persistence. I started referring to her as Wendy SHARK - not because she is vicious, far from it, but because she never stops and works until the job is done! I've purchased and sold several houses throughout my life and have worked with many different agents. Wendy is far and away superior in every aspect. She is the best of the best. In addition to working so hard on our behalf and problem solving every issue that arose, she also is a genuinely kind and warm person. She is easy to be around and talk to and wants the very best for her clients. It's a rare combination of top skills and great personality. She gave us a personalized and lovely housewarming gift when we purchased, and a wonderful basket of local and thoughtful items when we sold. I will choose Wendy every time, no contest. Just a note - I did not use AI to write this! It's my own personal experience and opinion and believe that Wendy deserves recognition for her outstanding work.

If you want someone who is patient, knowledgeable , and that's "got you", Wendy is your girl! We have been working with Wendy for the last few years to find our dream house. She has been so patient with us through the process. She was very helpful and knowledgeable and if she didn't have an answer for you, she would find one! Wendy always kept in constant communication with us as well. She made the buying and selling process very smooth for us and we are very thankful we worked with her!
