First of all, I would like to say I do not have an issue with Brenden as a PURCHASING realtor. If you need somebody to purchase for you and sign the paperwork, he will do that job. However, if you are looking for somebody to do the real 'meat and potatoes' of real estate - actually SELLING a house, I would recommend very strongly that you seek an alternative agent. Quick backstory: we both purchased and TRIED to sell a house through Brenden. The purchasing of the house went as expected (to be fair, most of it is just basic negotiation and signing paperwork - we already had the house in mind and we were simply looking for somebody to help in the purchasing process). However, during this time, Brenden also said he could sell our house for us. Long story short: We had contracted the sale of our house for a full six months with Brenden, and we had ZERO offers during this time. When I would follow up with Brenden, there would be vague excuses and reasons as to why the house was not sold. We also dropped the asking price of the house over 20% during this time. I also had reports from our previous neighbors that during open houses, he would just sit in his vehicle, with the door to the house open while people toured the house. After the full six months, we contracted with a direct competitor and they had MULTIPLE OFFERS ON THE HOUSE, ABOVE OUR ORIGINAL ASKING PRICE, WITHIN SIX HOURS OF LISTING THE HOUSE. If we would have listed with the new company and it took a month or two, I would completely understand and I would say "it sounds a string of bad luck". However, having multiple offers THE FIRST DAY ON THE MARKET just means the job was not completed at any level of competence. I'm just trying to save other people the stress and financial hardship of going with a sub-par professional to sell the house. Thanks for taking the time to review my message.

Devin Taylor is the best! This realtor made buying a home one of the easiest things I've ever done. He walked me through every step and was a wealth of knowledge and tips. You cannot go wrong choosing Devin Taylor as your realtor! He is the third realtor my husband and I have used in the past 14 years, and while the other two were good, Devin is definitely the best! I recently inherited a house I had no idea what to do with. Devin went over the pros and cons of remodeling to flip, fixing up enough to rent, and selling as-is with me. He's flipped houses in the past, so I trusted his advice, but he also took the time to have a more experienced contractor walk through and give his opinion. When I chose to sell as-is, Devin found a buyer within 24 hrs of listing, for way more than I was expecting it to sell for. To give some context, the house next door is a rental currently being remodeled, and the owner offered me $35,000 less than what the final selling price was! Devin was patient, knowledgeable, and kind throughout the entire process. He responded swiftly if not immediately to all of my calls and texts. At one point I messaged him with a ton of questions after 11pm and had a reply before 7 the next morning. He also has a lot of contacts in town, and was able to give us recommendations on insurance agents as well as reputable contractors and driveways sealers to work on our own home. It's almost unheard of these days, but I really feel like Devin was looking out for my family's best interests, not just out to make a buck for himself. I am very grateful for his help and would give him 10 stars if I could!
