Michael was the buyers' agent on a condo I am trying to sell. He was stunningly unresponsive and unprofessional. Though we had a contract, he and his buyers strung us along and he never responded to time-sensitive queries from our agent in a timely manner. If you ever are approached by buyers represented by Michael Frank, promptly decline the offer. Or rather, don't do it promptly. Just ignore them, that's Michael's m.o.
