Talithia and Van did an amazing job! Her knowledge, professionalism, and expertise in all aspects of the real estate business are truly unmatched. I highly recommend reaching out to her for anything related to real estate in the DMV area. You will not be disappointed! 10 stars

Working with Talithia was an absolute pleasure! As first-time homebuyers, we were entering a process that came with a lot of questions, uncertainty, and learning along the way. Talithia made sure we understood every step and always took the time to explain things clearly. She was incredibly patient throughout our entire home search, even when we changed our minds, had concerns, or needed to see more properties. She never pressured us into settling and always kept our best interests in mind. Her professionalism, knowledge, responsiveness, and genuine dedication helped make our first home-buying experience a success. We are so thankful for Talithia and all of the hard work she put into helping us find our home. If youre looking for a realtor who will truly listen, advocate for you, and stick with you until you find the right place, Talithia is definitely the person you want in your corner!

Talithia was outstanding in assisting and supporting us during our recent home sale. She's attentive and will do her best to ensure that you get the best deal. She is extremely knowledgeable. looked out for our best interest and she's easy to do business with. I highly recommend Talithia for your real estate needs.

Talithia was our realtor for a house purchase that turned out to be far more complicated than either of us expected. Through every twist and delay, she brought strategy, patience, and generosity to the table, and she was always available with a fresh idea when we hit a wall. We couldn't have closed on our home without her and I strongly recommend her services. We really valued her experience and expertise.

Buying a house is so tiring and irritating!!! The process of looking at houses, to the day you finally move in, is such a long process. Thank God we found Talithia and her patience and commitment to find the right house for us. We have worked with other agents in the past. She was by far the easiest and most knowledgeable. We started searching with Talithia but then decided this wasnt the right time for us to buy. But when we finally decided we were ready she picked us right back up and got it moving. She is attentive to things you want in a home. The price we wanted to spend and things we were going for. She knew what things to look for and check. She held our hands through the whole process up until closing. Than even after closing she hooked us up with a painter that was much more reasonable than we could find and he did a wonderful job. Till this day we can still text and ask questions and she will provide answers. If you want a realtor who is going to work for you and not give up on you no matter how much you may drag your feet. She is the one.
